Account and subscription
How do I create an account?
Go to console.recrutauto.fr, click Sign up and follow the steps. See the Log in guide for more details.
What plans are available?
Recrut'Auto offers three plans: FREE, BASIC, and PRO. The PRO plan is available monthly, quarterly (-20%), and annually (-40%). See Subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Access the Stripe portal from the Billing section and click Cancel subscription. Your access remains active until the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > My account > Delete my account. This action is irreversible.
Browser extension
Which browsers does the extension support?
The extension is available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Firefox is not supported at this time.
The extension won't connect, what should I do?
Make sure you are logged in to console.recrutauto.fr in the same browser. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. See the troubleshooting guide.
Does the extension slow down LinkedIn?
No, the extension is designed to be lightweight and only activates when browsing LinkedIn.
Projects and campaigns
How many projects can I create?
There is no limit on the number of projects, regardless of your plan.
Can a candidate be in multiple projects?
No, a candidate can only be in one active project per subscription. This prevents duplicate messages.
How do I stop a campaign?
Open the project and change its status to Cancelled. All running executions will be stopped.
Messages and workflow
Are messages sent automatically?
Yes, when a project is in Active status, messages are sent automatically according to the defined workflow. You can pause individual candidates.
How does AI response analysis work?
Recrut'Auto uses a specialized CamemBERT model to classify candidate responses into categories (interested, not interested, requesting more information, etc.). This classification automatically determines the next workflow step.
Can I customize the messages?
Yes, each project has its own message templates with dynamic variables (candidate name, company, job title, etc.). See Configure a project.
Calendar
Which calendars can I sync?
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / Office 365. See Calendar sync.
How do candidates book appointments?
A unique booking link is generated for each candidate and included in messages. The candidate accesses a public page to choose a time slot. See Booking page.
How often are calendars synced?
Automatic sync occurs every 15 minutes. You can also force a manual sync.
Data and security
Is my data secure?
Yes. Authentication is managed by Keycloak (OpenID Connect protocol), payments by Stripe, and data is hosted securely.
Is Recrut'Auto GDPR compliant?
Yes. See our privacy policy for more details on data processing.
Mobile app
Is the mobile app free?
Yes, the mobile app is included in all Recrut'Auto plans. Download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Can I use the app without an internet connection?
No, an internet connection is required to sync data with your Recrut'Auto account.
How do I enable biometric lock?
From the app, go to settings and enable the Biometric lock option. You can use Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint depending on your device. See Mobile login.
Interviews
How do I generate an interview guide?
The guide is automatically generated for each scheduled appointment. Access it from the appointment or candidate page. See Interview guide.
What audio/video formats are supported for recordings?
Common formats are accepted (MP3, MP4, WAV, WebM, etc.). See Recording for more details.
How long does transcription take?
Transcription is usually completed within a few minutes, depending on the recording length. You receive a notification when it's ready.
Notifications
How do I disable certain notifications?
Go to Settings > Preferences and disable the notification types you don't want to receive. See Preferences.
Do notifications work on mobile?
Yes, notifications are sent in real time on the mobile app. Make sure you've allowed notifications in your device settings.
Search
Can I search interview transcriptions?
Yes, global search covers candidates, companies, messages, and interview transcriptions. See Search.
How do I filter search results?
Use the available filters depending on the search type: location, seniority, skills, company, and school for candidates. See Search.
Appointments
Can a candidate cancel an appointment?
Yes, the candidate can cancel their appointment from the booking page by clicking Cancel this appointment. Availability is automatically updated. See Booking page.
What happens after a cancellation?
After cancellation, the time slot becomes available again and the candidate can immediately book a new slot.
