Record an interview

After an interview, you can import the audio or video recording into Recrut'Auto for transcription and analysis.

tip

If the transcription bot is enabled, your video interviews are recorded automatically. The manual import then serves as the fallback: appointments without a video link, bot not admitted into the meeting, or recording failure.

Supported formats

Import a recording

1. Open the appointment page
2. Click Import a recording
3. Select the audio or video file
4. Wait for the upload to complete

Once the recording is imported, transcription starts automatically. You will receive a notification when it's finished.

Delete a recording

1. Open the appointment page
2. Click Delete recording
3. Confirm the deletion

warning

Deleting a recording also deletes the associated transcription and summary. This action is irreversible.
