Messages

The Messages section centralizes all your LinkedIn conversations with candidates, directly in Recrut'Auto.

How it works

The browser extension syncs your LinkedIn messages with Recrut'Auto. You can:

• View all your conversations in one place
• See the complete exchange history with each candidate
• Quickly identify candidates who have replied

Messaging interface

The interface is divided into two parts:

1. Sidebar — List of conversations, sorted by date of last message
2. Thread — Messages exchanged with the selected candidate

Each conversation displays:

• The candidate's name and photo
• The last received or sent message
• The date of the last exchange

Automatic reply detection

When a candidate replies to one of your messages:

1. The message is detected by the browser extension
2. It is synced with Recrut'Auto
3. The candidate's workflow is automatically updated (status → Replied)
4. The workflow execution resumes with the reply content
