Recruitment projects

Projects (or campaigns) are at the heart of Recrut'Auto. Each project represents a recruitment mission with its own candidates, messages, and settings.

Overview​

From the Projects page, you can:

  • View the list of all your projects with their status
  • Create a new project
  • Access an existing project's details
  • Filter by status: Active, Draft, Cancelled

Project statuses​

StatusDescription
ActiveThe project is active, messages are sent automatically
DraftThe project is being prepared, no messages are sent
CancelledThe project is stopped, all executions are halted

Project tabs​

Each project has several tabs:

  • Dashboard — Overview of metrics and progress
  • Candidates — List of candidates with their workflow status
  • Progress — Detailed metrics and visual pipeline
  • Configuration — Project settings (filters, messages, politeness)
  • Workflow — Visual editor for the automated pipeline
