The Organization space
The Organization space lets several recruiters work together in RecrutAuto: centrally billed seats, shared teams and projects, roles and permissions, SSO sign-in, API keys, and webhooks.
It is designed for in-house recruitment teams and agencies — as opposed to the individual RecrutAuto Pro plan.
Create an organization
- From the sign-up page, choose "For your team" (or from an existing account: Plans > Enterprise)
- Enter the organization name and your billing information
- Choose your plan — Starter, Business, or Enterprise
- Complete the payment on the secure Stripe page
The number of billed seats then follows validated members — it is not fixed at creation.
The organization's creator becomes its owner and first administrator (OrgAdmin role).
A user account can only belong to one organization at a time. To switch organizations, the account must be deactivated from the first one and then invited to the second.
The intra-community VAT number is entered after creation, from Organization > Settings (verified via Stripe).

Migrate from an individual account
If you already have an individual RecrutAuto Pro subscription, creating an enterprise space offers you a prorated migration: the time remaining on your current subscription is deducted from the first per-seat payment. A preview of the exact amount is displayed before you confirm.
