How it works

2. Transcription starts automatically in the background
3. You receive a notification when processing is complete
4. The transcription is available on the appointment page

1. Open the appointment page
2. The Transcription section displays the full text of the interview

Processing time

Transcription time depends on the recording duration. In general:

Interview duration	Estimated time
30 minutes	2 to 5 minutes
1 hour	5 to 10 minutes
2 hours	10 to 20 minutes

Once the transcription is available, you can generate an AI summary for a structured overview.
