Reset your password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it in a few steps.

Procedure

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Click Send
4. Check your inbox and click the reset link
5. Choose a new password (minimum 8 characters)
6. Confirm your new password

The reset link is valid for a limited time. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or restart the procedure.

Change your password

If you are already logged in and want to change your password:

1. Go to Settings > My account
2. Click Change password
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter and confirm your new password
5. Click Save
