Scan and import a CV

The mobile app lets you digitize a paper CV and import it directly into a campaign.

Scan a document​

  1. From the dashboard or a campaign, tap Scan a CV
  2. Point the camera at the CV
  3. The app automatically captures the document
  4. Information is extracted via OCR (text recognition)

Extracted data​

The scan automatically extracts:

  • First and last name of the candidate
  • LinkedIn URL (if present on the CV)
  • Other information detected by the NLP engine

Associate with a campaign​

  1. After scanning, select the target campaign
  2. Verify the extracted information
  3. Tap Import
  4. The candidate is added to the project and integrated into the workflow if the campaign is active
tip

For best results, make sure the CV is well-lit, flat, and the text is readable. PDFs yield the best results.
