Contact information enrichment

Beyond public LinkedIn data, you can enrich candidate profiles with direct contact information.

Enrichment methods​

Automatic enrichment​

Contact information can be retrieved automatically during profile enrichment if the candidate has made it public on LinkedIn.

Manual enrichment​

  1. Open a candidate's profile
  2. Click Edit
  3. Add contact details: email, phone
  4. Save

Import from an ATS​

If you connect an ATS (BoondManager, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc.), contact information present in your ATS is automatically associated with matching profiles.

Using contact information​

Enriched contact details can be used to:

  • Contact candidates by email or phone outside of LinkedIn
  • Send interview invitations by email
  • Complete profiles in your ATS
